  潘锋出席中国-巴西商业研讨会

巴西总统路易斯·伊纳西奥·卢拉·达席尔瓦阁下于2025年5月10日至14日对中国进行国事访问,聚焦深化中巴战略合作,推动经贸、基建、能源等多领域协议签署。12日下午与第十四届全国政协副主席高云龙共同出席中国-巴西商业研讨会,并发表主旨讲话。中欧协会副理事长、欧中经济合作与发展理事会理事长潘锋出席上述活动。

卢拉总统高度评价了中巴关系的重要性,他表示中国是巴西不可或缺的战略合作伙伴。他欢迎中国企业加大对巴西的投资,特别是在基础设施建设、新能源、人工智能等领域,巴西应提升其产业附加值,摆脱对初级商品和原材料出口的依赖,加大对教育的投入,培养更多工程师、数学家和人工智能专家。卢拉总统强调,贸易保护主义没有出路,我们应追求及践行自由贸易的多边主义。中国和巴西的关系坚不可摧,中国需要巴西,巴西也需要中国。只要我们携起手来,全球南方在世界上一定能获得前所未有的尊重。巴方愿积极推动两国发展战略对接取得更多互利成果,进一步打造全球南方国家团结合作的典范。
高云龙副主席表示,在全球经济面临诸多挑战的背景下,中方愿同巴西各界深入落实习近平主席和卢拉总统达成的重要共识,推动各领域合作更好造福两国人民,携手构建更公正世界和更可持续星球的中巴命运共同体,共同维护多边贸易体制,为世界和平发展注入更多正能量,推动全球经济的稳定与繁荣。
本次研讨会包括四个专题讨论环节,巴西多位部长及州长和30余位两国企业嘉宾围绕投资与新融资机遇、能源转型与可持续发展、食品安全等重点领域深入进行对话交流,探讨在中巴命运共同体目标下推动双边经贸合作走深走实。会议期间还达成了多项企业合作项目签约。来自中巴双方政府部门、企业代表约500余人参加了此次活动,取得了积极成果。

  Pan Feng Attends the China-Brazil Business Seminar


His Excellency Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, conducted a state visit to China from May 10 to 14, 2025, focusing on deepening China-Brazil strategic cooperation and advancing the signing of agreements in fields such as trade, infrastructure and energy. On the afternoon of May 12, President Lula and Gao Yunlong, Vice Chairman of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, jointly attended the China-Brazil Business Seminar and delivered keynote addresses. Pan Feng, Vice Chairman of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation (CEATEC) and Chairman of the Europe-China Economic Cooperation and Development Council (ECECDC), also participated in the event.


President Lula highly praised the importance of China-Brazil relations, stating that China is an indispensable strategic partner for Brazil. He welcomed Chinese enterprises to increase investment in Brazilespecially in infrastructure construction, new energy and artificial intelligenceand urged Brazil to raise the value-added of its industries, reduce dependence on exports of primary commodities and raw materials, and step up investment in education to cultivate more engineers, mathematicians and AI specialists. "Protectionism leads nowhere," President Lula emphasized. "We must pursue and practice multilateral free trade. The relationship between China and Brazil is unbreakable. China needs Brazil, and Brazil needs China. As long as we join hands, the Global South will earn unprecedented respect on the world stage." He added that Brazil stands ready to actively align its development strategy with China's to achieve more mutually beneficial results and to set an example of unity and cooperation among Global South countries.


Vice Chairman Gao Yunlong remarked that, against the backdrop of numerous global economic challenges, the Chinese side is willing to work with all sectors in Brazil to fully implement the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Lula. He noted that cooperation across various fields should be deepened to better benefit the peoples of both countries, and that together they should build a more just world and a more sustainable planet within the framework of a China-Brazil community of shared destiny, safeguard the multilateral trading system, inject positive energy into global peace and development, and promote economic stability and prosperity worldwide.


The seminar featured four thematic discussion sessions. Many Brazilian ministers and governors, along with more than 30 corporate representatives from both countries, engaged in in-depth dialogue on key areas such as investment and new financing opportunities, energy transition and sustainable development, and food securityexploring ways to advance bilateral economic and trade cooperation under the goal of building a China-Brazil community of shared destiny. During the event, multiple corporate cooperation agreements were signed. Approximately 500 participants from government departments and enterprises on both sides attended the seminar, which yielded significant and positive outcomes.
